How to Verify Synedica Product Authenticity

Three independent layers protect every Synedica batch. Checking all three takes under a minute.

Holographic authentication label and QR code on Synedica documentation

Counterfeit laboratory materials are a real problem across the sector. Synedica packaging carries three independent authentication layers so that a single copied element is not enough to pass a check.

Layer one — the scratch QR code

Scratch the protective panel to reveal a unique code and scan it, or enter it in the verification form on our homepage. Each code is single-batch and single-unit. A code that reports as already verified means the unit has been checked before — contact us if that is not you.

Layer two — the holographic seal

The seal shifts colour and pattern when tilted under light and cannot be removed intact. Check that it spans the closure and shows no lifting, cuts or adhesive residue around the edges.

Layer three — the NFC tag

Hold an NFC-capable phone against the marked area. The tag resolves to the verification record for that unit. NFC is the hardest layer to clone and is the strongest single signal.

If a check fails

  1. 1Do not use the material.
  2. 2Photograph the outer packaging, the seal and the code panel.
  3. 3Email suporte@synedica.com.py with your order number and the photographs.
  4. 4Keep the packaging until the case is resolved.

Buying directly from the official Synedica Europe store is the simplest form of verification — every order is dispatched from our own European distribution and is traceable to a batch.

Frequently asked questions

What if the QR panel is already scratched on arrival?

Treat it as a failed check and contact support with photographs before using the product.

Does the NFC tag need an app?

Most modern phones read NFC tags natively. If nothing happens, enable NFC in settings and retry.

Can I verify before opening the outer box?

The holographic seal is checked externally. The QR and NFC layers are on the unit packaging.
