Dispatched within Europe
European distribution
Research materials only keep their value if they arrive intact and on schedule. Our logistics model is built around a single European dispatch hub, protective packaging and tracked carriers, so you always know where a shipment is and in what condition it will arrive.
Logistics capabilities
Single European hub
All orders are picked and packed in one EU facility, which keeps stock accurate and lead times predictable.
Protective packaging
Every kit is packed in padded, tamper-evident mailers designed to protect contents during transit.
Tamper-evident kits
Each parcel is sealed and serialised so you can confirm the batch on arrival before opening.
Tracked carriers
Orders travel with tracked services and a delivery reference is emailed as soon as the label is created.
Customs-ready paperwork
Commercial invoice, HS classification and research-use declaration are attached to every non-EU shipment.
Bulk and recurring supply
Scheduled deliveries and consolidated pallets are available for laboratories with ongoing programmes.
Delivery times by zone
Estimates start from dispatch, excluding customs holding time.
Estimated timeframes only. Delivery dates are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country, local carrier operations, customs processing and public holidays in the recipient country. These estimates are a guideline for arrival in the destination country, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping questions
When is my order dispatched?
Orders confirmed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend leave on the next working day.
Do you split shipments?
If one line is temporarily unavailable we ship the available items immediately and send the remainder at no extra cost.
What happens if a parcel is delayed or damaged?
Report it within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery scan with photographs of the outer box and seals, and we will replace or refund the affected items.
Can you deliver to a private address?
Yes, although we recommend an institutional address so parcels are received during working hours and stored correctly on arrival.
