Step 03 of 06

What's included in your kit

  • 01 × Peptide vial

Lyophilised powder, sealed under vacuum with flip-off cap.

  • 01 × BAC water 3 ml

Bacteriostatic water USP for reconstitution of the vial.

  • 10 × 31G extra-fine insulin syringes

Sterile, single-use, graduated for precise low volumes.

  • 01 × 3 ml reconstitution syringe

Used only to transfer the BAC water into the peptide vial.

  • 10 × Isopropyl alcohol wipes

70% IPA pads to sanitise vial stoppers and the work area.

  • 01 × Sealed security box

Holographic seal, scratch-off code panel and NFC chip.

Step 04 of 06

How to reconstitute your vial

Work on a clean surface, with clean hands, using only the sterile items supplied in your kit.

Resulting concentration

5 mg + 3 ml BAC water = 1.67 mg per ml

  1. 1

    Prepare and sanitise

Wash your hands, clear a flat surface and open one alcohol wipe. Clean the rubber stopper of both the peptide vial and the BAC water vial, then let them dry.

  2. 2

    Draw the BAC water

Using the 3 ml reconstitution syringe, draw the full 3 ml of bacteriostatic water from its vial.

  3. 3

    Add the water slowly

Insert the needle at an angle and let the water run down the inner glass wall — never spray it directly onto the powder, which can damage the peptide.

  4. 4

    Dissolve without shaking

Roll or swirl the vial gently between your fingers until the solution is completely clear. Never shake. Small bubbles are normal and settle on their own.

  5. 5

    Label and refrigerate

Write the reconstitution date on the vial and place it in the fridge. Discard the reconstitution syringe after this single use.

  6. 6

    Withdraw with a fresh syringe

For each withdrawal, wipe the stopper again and use a new sterile 31G insulin syringe. Never reuse a syringe or needle.

Step 05 of 06

Storage & stability

Before reconstitution

The lyophilised vial can be kept at room temperature, protected from direct light and humidity.

After reconstitution

Keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C, upright and away from the freezer compartment.

Stability

Once reconstituted, the vial remains stable refrigerated for up to 180 days.

Step 06 of 06

Recovery & mobility research

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4 studied for its potential role in tissue repair, flexibility, recovery and cellular migration pathways. It remains investigational and is not an approved treatment.

Net Peptide Content Explained: Why a 10 mg Vial Rarely Holds 10 mg of Peptide

Batch Effect or Bench Effect? Why the Same Peptide Can Give Different Lab Results

A changed result after switching lots is easy to blame on the batch. Often the difference comes from how the material is weighed, dissolved, stored or tested. This guide helps separate a real batch effect from a bench effect.

Why Peptides Matter in Modern Drug Discovery

Peptides sit in a distinctive space between small molecules and large biologics. Their specificity, structural versatility and sequence-level design make them valuable research tools—and explain why drug discovery keeps returning to them.
