Synedica Europe runs as a headless storefront: a fast custom front end connected to proven commerce infrastructure. This page explains which systems handle your order, your account and your data — and what you can integrate with as a partner.
Connected systems
Shopify Storefront checkout
Catalogue, stock and pricing are read directly from Shopify, and checkout runs on Shopify's hosted, PCI-compliant flow.
Customer accounts
Sign in, registration and profile data are backed by Shopify customer accounts — one identity for orders and support.
Order tracking
Fulfilment events sync from Shopify into your account area with a visual timeline from placed to delivered.
Payments
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are processed by our payment providers. Card data never touches our servers.
Batch verification API
Scratchable QR, holographic seal and NFC tag resolve to our verification endpoint and return the batch certificate.
Transactional email
Order confirmations, dispatch notices and support replies are delivered from our authenticated sending domain.
Analytics & consent
Privacy-first traffic measurement, with analytics cookies loaded only where consent allows.
Partner API access
Distributors and institutional buyers can request scoped API access for catalogue sync and order placement.
How an order flows

Catalogue sync
Products, variants, prices and stock levels are fetched from the Shopify Storefront API and cached for fast browsing.

Cart & checkout
The cart is created server-side in Shopify, so the checkout you reach is always in sync with real availability.
- 03
Order & fulfilment
Once paid, the order and its fulfilment events flow back into your account area and email notifications.

Post-purchase tools
Support tickets, address book and batch verification are unlocked from the same authenticated session.
Security posture
- • All traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS.
- • Payment and card data are handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment providers.
- • Account sessions use short-lived tokens; passwords are never stored by this storefront.
- • Personal data is processed only to fulfil orders and provide support, in line with our privacy policy.

Distributors, marketplaces and institutional buyers can request scoped credentials for catalogue sync, stock checks and order placement.
